At Kurai Studio, all products are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment through Qikink.

Because every item is specially printed after your order is placed, we only accept returns or replacements in specific situations mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer replacements or refunds only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The print quality is defective
  • The wrong size was shipped by mistake

To be eligible, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues
  • Minor color differences between website mockups and actual printed products
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Slight variations in print placement or appearance due to the printing process

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share photos and an unboxing video
  3. Our team will review the issue with our fulfillment partner, Qikink

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
    OR
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed after verification.

Depending on the situation, Kurai Studio may provide:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Since all products are made-to-order through Qikink, cancellations are not possible once printing or fulfillment has started.
